Healthcare Research Consulting Group (HRCG) believes that survey research is a valuable resource to the growing healthcare industry.   A critical component of this research is ensuring respondents that their information is being used properly and within standard industry guidelines.

Survey responses are kept completely confidential with all HRCG surveys, and are reported in the summary only.  During our survey research process, we collect, aggregate, and analyze information from respondents in various healthcare-related fields.  We then provide the results of our research to our clients. 

When participating in an HRCG survey, respondents may be asked to provide personally identifiable information (such as name and mailing address).  This information will only be used to provide respondents with services or information that they have requested.  Survey results, when provided to a client, do not contain personally identifiable information.  This information is protected and will not be given or sold to a third party without the respondent’s consent.
 
All HRCG research is in full compliance with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and guidelines set forth by the Council of American Survey Research Organizations.
